Theo's Bridge

Theo "The Prez" Janssen had a problem with a dip in the trail that kept sneaking up on him, so we took pity and made a bridge for him.

Here's the Prez himself hitching up the sleigh to get some lumber onto the trail.

Robert "Stash" Durrant was on hand.

Elizabeth flexes her girl power.

Elizabeth volunteers for "riding the sleigh" duty.

Down the trail they go.

Dave "Slim" Baker follows with some 6x6's for crossers.

I know to the naked eye, it's hard to tell there's even a dip in the trail here... but Theo ensures us there is one.

None of us are sad to say this bridge was the end of the 5-1/4" nails.

Someone dumped the bucket of nails in the snow, so Elizabeth was in charge of "sifting" the nails for Stash and Theo.
